DESCRIPTION OF THIS ITEM
This is a faithfull colour reproduction of the Dinky Toys & Dinky Supertoys October 1963 TYRE CHART created by MECCANO LIMITED - BINNS ROAD - LIVERPOOL 13.
It measures aproximately 310mm by 192mm and I have reproduced the colour exactly as the original exists.The chart has been produced in the closest possible thickness card as Dinky used and is a double sided chart exactly as the original

The Tyre Sizes (In Imperial Inches and Metric mm) , Colour , Job No. and Sales No. are on the chart.The chart tells the dealer the number of tyres on this vehicle including any spares and the different types of tyres on the same model where maybe the front and the rears are of differing sizes.
Not only is this a fantastic piece of memorabilia but for collectors and restorers it is a fantastic reference to the "CORRECT" replacement tyre sizes for your models which is often very confusing.Now you can have the correct Information just like the Dinky dealer's did in 1963!

The History
If you were a dealer selling Dinky Toys in October 1963 and some young lad come into your shop and asked for the correct Tyres to replace on his model Dinky Toy then the dealer would have reached for this document!
